Meet Your Coach, Bill!

Bill has an extensive background in customer service, having previously served as the Director of Client Services. He has a passion for training and teaching others, leading them to success. With experience as a software tester, he knows what it is like to try to navigate a new product on his own. He applies this knowledge to serve as an excellent guide through our process. He is patient, polite, and kind, just the type of person that you want to be your guide. 

Bill loves to help out wherever he can, even volunteering his limited time to time consuming projects, all in the name of improving customer service. 

Bill has his Master’s in English, where his love for teaching started. He also loves to write, in fact, he is currently writing a novel.

Hobbies: Writing, avid reader, speaking Latin
