Meet Your Coach, Charlotte!

Charlotte has many skills with the certifications to prove it. Not only does she have her CHP certification, she is also a certified Medical Assistant and a 2nd degree Black Belt in Jiu Jitsu. Before joining Compliancy Group, Charlotte spent 15 years working in the medical space in various roles including CNA, PCA, HHA, phlebotomy, and EKG tech. She also spent 5 years in HomeHealth Care as an aide and an office Coordinator.

Charlotte has applied her extensive knowledge of the medical realm, to support clients through HIPAA compliance. HIPAA can be a daunting task, and Charlotte knows first hand how busy healthcare providers are. She uses her knowledge to get her clients through the HIPAA process quickly and efficiently, with understanding and compassion.

As the Director of Implementation at Compliancy Group, she guides her department, instilling a culture of customer support and passing along her knowledge.

She is the mother to two young men, and four cats – fur babies count! She has spent 20 years taking, as well as teaching Jiu Jitsu classes to kids and adults, and women’s self defense.
