If your passion is educating clients and building value to close the sale, then we might be right for you. Compliancy Group is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative. This position is an integral member of our sales team and will be responsible for contacting leads, developing prospects, building strategic relationships and closing the deal. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the sales pipeline and drive the deals, all while having the support of our entire sales team and executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Create new sales opportunities

  • Qualify and close leads generated by the company

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients

  • Build strategic partnerships

  • Document sales and client relationships with customers in our CRM program

  • Occasional travel

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in a top-performing sales role

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent personal accountability and time management skills; must be an independent worker capable of meeting assigned tasks deadlines
