Meet Your Coach, Mike!

Michael has an extensive knowledge of customer service, having previously worked in the hospitality industry. Through this experience, Michael has developed the skills to be supportive under pressure. His friendly disposition never waivers, and he truly puts the customer first. 

As the oldest of four children, Michael knows how to lead by example. His best friend is his golden retriever, Angel. He loves to spend his free time surfing.
