U-Miss Medical Center Fined $2.75 Million for Decade-Long HIPAA Violations
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR) has levied a $2.75 million fine against the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) after uncovering a HIPAA violation.
